Job Overview

My client, a leading supplier in the seafood industry, are currently recruiting an administration assistant to join their team. This role is a 1 year maternity contract. The role would require the successful candidate to work 31.5 hours over 5 days.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Process product orders and invoices
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers
  • Process staff timesheets
  • Resolve inventory and order issues

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an accounts position
  • Experience of working with stock / stock-taking
  • Excellent communication skills (including written skills)
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office & accounts packages
  • Accounts Technician Qualification desirable
