Our clients are currently recruiting for a part-time Office / Accounts Administrator for their busy office in the Longford area.
This is a part-time role based on a flexible working week.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Debtors - invoicing, credit notes and any issues
- Creditors - input of monthly invoices, statements and dealing with issues
- Company reports, forecasts, Debtor reports, Creditor reports
- Management of Purchase orders received
- Raising PO numbers
- Paying Suppliers
- Credit Control
- Payroll
Administration:
- General Administration duties
- Answer company telephone
- Responding to emails
- Dealing with customers in polite and friendly manner
Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Proficient in IT - Excel, Word & Outlook
