Job Overview

Our clients are currently recruiting for a part-time Office / Accounts Administrator for their busy office in the Longford area.

This is a part-time role based on a flexible working week.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Debtors - invoicing, credit notes and any issues
  • Creditors - input of monthly invoices, statements and dealing with issues
  • Company reports, forecasts, Debtor reports, Creditor reports
  • Management of Purchase orders received
  • Raising PO numbers
  • Paying Suppliers
  • Credit Control
  • Payroll

Administration:

  • General Administration duties
  • Answer company telephone
  • Responding to emails
  • Dealing with customers in polite and friendly manner

Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Proficient in IT - Excel, Word & Outlook
